Securities Account Statement means a written confirmation sent by mail or other electronic communications from time to time by AGML to the Customer in relation to the execution of Instructions; "SEHK" means the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; "SFC" means the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong; "SFC Code of Conduct" means the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission issued by the SFC, as may be amended from time to time; "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions set out in Sections I to VII, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time; "Transaction" means a transaction in Securities effected by AGML pursuant to or as a result of an Instruction or in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and "User ID" means the Customer's personal identification used in conjunction with the Password to gain access to the Electronic Trading Service, AGML Mail and/or other services provided by AGML. “Virtual Asset” refers to digital representations of value which may be in the form of digital tokens (such as utility tokens, stablecoins or security- or asset-backed tokens) or any other virtual commodities, crypto assets or other assets of essentially the same nature, irrespective of whether or not they amount to “securities” or “futures contracts” as defined under the SFO, but excludes digital representations of fiat currencies issued by central banks.

  • Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).
