Securitization Arrangements definition

Securitization Arrangements means, collectively, the transactions and agreements, relating to and including the (i) Management Agreement, dated as of November 18, 2005 (as amended, joined or otherwise supplemented from time to time), by and among the Borrowers (as defined herein) named therein, and (ii) Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of October 15, 2014 (as amended or otherwise supplemented from time to time), among the Borrowers (as defined herein) named therein and any additional borrower that may become a party thereto and Midland Loan Services, as servicer on behalf of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee.
Securitization Arrangements has the meaning assigned to such term in the ABL Credit Agreement as amended, restated, amended and restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
