  • HMSA shall provide Trading Partner Security Access Codes that will allow Trading Partner access to HMSA’s Electronic Data Systems.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and protection of your Security Access Codes and if your Account is com- promised as a result of your failure to do so, you are solely liable for any and all damage, loss, expense or cost caused to T1, any third parties and to yourself.

  • TBS Access Code means any code or number as may be prescribed by the Bank to enable the Account Holder to operate any Telephone Banking Service and includes but is not limited to such access codes known as the Customer Identification Number (“CIN”) and/or the Telephone Personal Identification Number (“T-PIN”) (as the case may be).
