  • Trading Partner shall immediately notify BCBSSC of any unauthorized attempt to obtain access to or otherwise tamper with data, Data Transmissions, Security Access Codes, Envelope, backup files, Source Documents or BCBSSC’s Operating System.

  • The Security Access Codes that BCBSSC issues to Trading Partner will, when affixed to Data Transmissions, be legally sufficient to verify the identity of the transmitter and to authenticate the Data Transmission, thereby establishing the Data Transmission’s validity.

Related to Security Access Codes

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Uniform Commercial Code or “UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York or the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) of another jurisdiction, to the extent it may be required to apply to any item or items of Collateral.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
