Security Terms definition

Security Terms means the Security Terms located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/procurement/securityterms (as may be updated from time to time).
Security Terms means the Innovative Interfaces Incorporated Information Security Terms and Conditions in Exhibit D.
Security Terms means the performance requirements of this contract related to the safeguarding of Restricted Data and other classified information as set forth in the Contract. These include: DEAR 952.204-2 SECURITY (AUG 2016), “SECURITY,” (and any successor clause); DEAR 970.5204-2 (DEC 2000) (CLASS DEVIATION), “Laws, Regulations, and DOE Directives” (and any successor clause); and any other term or condition related to safeguarding information.

  • Deviations from, or objections or reservations to critical provisions such as those concerning Performance Security, Terms and Mode of Payment; Variation, Delay in the Contractor’s Performance, Liquidated Damages, Termination of Contract, Force Majeure, Resolution of Disputes, Applicable law etc.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no Personal Information should be processed or transferred under this Agreement without Privacy and Security Terms necessary for compliance with applicable Law.

  • If Seller deliveries are full (sealed) containers from countries outside the U.S., Seller is requested to execute a NASSCO Supplier ‘Supply Chain Security Terms and Conditions’ document and conform to U.S. C-TPAT security procedures in order to facilitate expedited U.S. Customs processing.

  • These Security Terms are entered into solely in the English language, and if for any reason any other language version is prepared by any party, it shall be solely for convenience and shall have no force or effect and the English version shall govern and control in all respects.

  • Google may update the URL Terms, provided the updates do not (a) result in a material degradation of the overall security of the Services, (b) expand the scope of or remove any restrictions on Google’s processing of Customer Data as described in the Data Processing and Security Terms, or (c) have a material adverse impact on Customer’s rights under the URL Terms.
