  • Seller shall continue to employ and pay the Seller Employees and Seller Consultants set forth on SCHEDULE 5.1(e), from the Closing Date through the date on which the CITE course taught by such instructor ends, as indicated on SCHEDULE 5.1(E); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event any such instructor leaves prior to the end of such course, Seller shall pay Buyer $60 per remaining course hour and Buyer agrees to provide instruction until such course is completed.

Related to Seller Consultants

  • Architects/ Consultants means M/s.

  • Consultants means employees and third party contractors which SAP utilizes to provide Services to Customer.

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
