Seller Field definition

Seller Field means any and all activities within the scope and/or for the purpose of operating the Seller Existing Businesses, including as integrated into other business operations of Seller after the Closing Date.
Seller Field means the geographic territories and the markets and fields of use for the development, marketing, distribution and sale of the Product, or any other product, in a manner that is not in breach of the Collaboration Agreement (or that would have breached the Collaboration Agreement had it still be in effect).
Seller Field means any businesses of the Remaining Seller Group, excluding the MMIS Business.
