Senior 2025 Notes Documents definition

Senior 2025 Notes Documents means the Senior 2025 Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement), including the supplements thereto entered into on or around the Second Amendment Effective Date.

Senior 2025 Notes Documents means the Senior 2025 Notes, the Senior 2025 Notes Indenture and all other documents executed and delivered in connection with the Senior 2025 Notes.

  • Senior Notes Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Notes Indenture, the Senior Notes Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Notes Indenture.

  • Notes Documents means this Indenture, the Notes, the Note Guarantees and the Collateral Documents.

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.

  • Senior Notes means $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.
