Senior Management Employees definition

Senior Management Employees means the Credit Union's Chief Executive Office or President, the Treasurer or Manager, the Vice President, the Assistant Vice President, the Assistant Treasurer or Manager, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Comptroller; and
Senior Management Employees means Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxx X. Skritp, and any person who replaces such employee.
Senior Management Employees means all Company Employees holding a position of senior director or higher in hierarchy within the Company or its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Senior Management Employees

Senior Management Employees means Employees who are executive officers or vice presidents of the Company.
