Senior Management Employees definition

Senior Management Employees means the Credit Union's Chief Executive Office or President, the Treasurer or Manager, the Vice President, the Assistant Vice President, the Assistant Treasurer or Manager, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Comptroller; and
Senior Management Employees means Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx XxXxxxxxxxx, and the chief executive officer, president, any vice president, the chief financial officer, treasurer, controller, director, general manager, manager, environmental manager, or health and safety manager of Company.
Senior Management Employees means the JV Company’s General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and other management employees who directly report to the General Manager.

More Definitions of Senior Management Employees

Senior Management Employees means Employees who are executive officers or vice presidents of the Company.
Senior Management Employees of a Person shall mean the titled officers (or comparable titles) employed by the Servicer or its Affiliates set forth on Exhibit J.
