Senior Management Employees definition

Senior Management Employees means the Credit Union's Chief Executive Office or President, the Treasurer or Manager, the Vice President, the Assistant Vice President, the Assistant Treasurer or Manager, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Comptroller; and
Senior Management Employees means the JV Company’s General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and other management employees who directly report to the General Manager.
Senior Management Employees means Employees who are executive officers or vice presidents of the Company.

Examples of Senior Management Employees in a sentence

  • All Senior Management Employees shall be responsible to and shall report to the General Manager.

  • If Employee voluntarily resigns, Employee will be compensated under the same terms and conditions for unused earned time that would be accorded to Senior Management Employees of the Employer.

  • In addition to the General Manager, the JV Company also shall have other Senior Management Employees as set forth in this Contract and the Articles of Association, or as determined by the Board.

More Definitions of Senior Management Employees

Senior Management Employees of a Person shall mean the titled officers (or comparable titles) employed by the Servicer or its Affiliates set forth on Exhibit J.
