Any applications, declarations or other instruments necessary or advisable to obtain any order or approval of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any other relevant regulatory authority in connection with the Senior Subordinated Notes and the accompanying Senior Subordinated Note Guarantees (the "ORIGINAL SECURITIES") or the Exchange Notes and the accompanying Exchange Note Guarantees (the "EXCHANGE SECURITIES").
