MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.
SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Income Tax Act providing for a tax on certain income earned by a “SIFT trust” or “SIFT partnership” as those terms are defined in the Income Tax Act.
BBA Partnership Audit Rules means Sections 6221 through 6241 of the Code, and any regulations promulgated or proposed under any such Sections and any administrative guidance with respect thereto.
Partnership Tax Audit Rules means Sections 6221 through 6241 of the Code, as amended by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015, together with any guidance issued thereunder or successor provisions and any similar provision of state or local tax laws.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.
Clearing House Rules means the Certificate of Incorporation, the By- Laws and any rule, interpretation, stated policy, or instrument corresponding to any of the foregoing, in each case as adopted or amended from time to time by the Clearing House relating to any or all of the Swaps.
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.
Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.
Advisers Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the Advisers Act.
1940 Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1940 Act.
Applicable Supervisory Regulations means the provisions of bank supervisory laws and any regulations and other rules thereunder applicable from time to time (including, but not limited to, the BRRD, the CRD, the CRR and the guidelines and recommendations of the European Banking Authority and/or the European Central Bank, the administrative practice of any competent authority, any applicable decision of a court and any applicable transitional provisions) relating to capital adequacy, solvency, other prudential requirements and/or resolution and applicable to the Issuer and/or the banking group to which the Issuer belongs from time to time.
Relevant Rules means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies relating to capital adequacy (including, without limitation, as to leverage) then in effect in the United Kingdom including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, as may be required by CRD IV or BRRD or any applicable successor legislation or any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and applicable to the Issuer from time to time and any regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies relating to capital adequacy adopted by the Relevant Regulator from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer or to the Issuer and any of its holding or subsidiary companies or any subsidiary of any such holding company).
House Rules means the specific rules that are adopted by a facility licensee to govern the operation of a licensed facility and events, and which must comply with these policies;

SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended
Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.
ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;
Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.
Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.
Open enrollment means a period of time as defined in rule
Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
CySEC Rules means the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes, opinions or recommendations of CySEC.
