SEPCO Schedule definition

SEPCO Schedule means the Schedule attached to the Plan and made a part thereof containing the provisions of the SEPCO Plan as merged into the Plan effective January 1, 1998 which shall apply to SEPCO Employees and Covered SEPCO Employees.

  • The term Employee for participation purposes shall not include any individual who is classified by the Company as an independent contractor or temporary employee (unless with respect to a temporary employee who is grandfathered under this SEPCO Schedule) regardless of whether such classification is in error.

  • As of January 1 of each calendar year on and after January 1, 1990, the applicable limitation as determined by the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service for that calendar year shall become effective as the maximum compensation to be taken into account for SEPCO Schedule purposes for that calendar year in lieu of the $200,000 limitation set forth in the preceding sentence.

  • The foregoing definitions will be applicable to the provisions of this SEPCO Schedule only, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

  • On or after January 1, 1998 but on or before December 31, 2000, Provisional Payees of Covered SEPCO Employees shall be entitled to benefits equal to the greater of (i) the benefits provided for in Article VII of the Plan, or (ii) the benefits provided for in Article 7 of the SEPCO Schedule.

  • In the event that a Participant elects a death benefit subject to a charge under Section 7.4(a) of the Southern Pension Plan or Section 7.03(d) of the SEPCO Schedule but does not die before commencing benefits under this Plan, such Participant's benefit under this Article IV shall be calculated as if the aforementioned election had not occurred.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:
