Series 1994B Bonds definition

Series 1994B Bonds means the $3,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Issuer's Variable Rate Demand Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Roller Bearing Company of America, Inc. Project) Series 1994B issued pursuant to the Series 1994B Indenture.

Examples of Series 1994B Bonds in a sentence

  • Interest on the Series 1994B Bonds will be payable April 1 and October 1 of each year, commencing April 1, 1995.

  • From time to time upon the sale of the Series 1994B Bonds, the Partnership shall specify to the Disbursement Agent in writing the Construction Interest Requirement in respect of the Series 1994B Bonds.

  • If at any time the Issuer, the Credit Enhancer and the Borrower shall request the consent of the Trustee to any such proposed amendment, change or modification to such documents, the Trustee shall cause notice of such proposed amendment, change or modification to such documents to be given in the same manner as provided by Section 1002 hereof with respect to Supplemental Indentures and the corresponding supplemental indentures with respect to the Series 1994B Bonds.

  • This debt service reserve requirement means $32,620 (which consists of $29,520 (the maximum annual principal and interest payments) of the Series 1994A Bonds] and $3,108.00 (the maximum annual principal and interest payments of the Series 1994B Bonds) or from and after the date of issuance of any Parity Bonds, $32,628 plus the maximum annual principal and interest payment on each parity bond issued and outstanding.

  • From time to time upon the sale of Series 1994B Bonds, the Disbursement Agent shall deposit in the Tax Exempt Debt Service Reserve Account an amount specified in writing by the Partnership as equal to ten percent (10%) of the aggregate principal amount of the Series 1994B Bonds so sold.

  • If at any time the Issuer shall request the Trustee to enter into any such Supplemental Indenture for any of the purposes of this Section, the Trustee shall cause notice of the proposed execution of such Supplemental Indenture to be mailed to each Bondowner, each owner of Series 1994B Bonds and the Credit Enhancer (and a copy of such proposed Supplemental Indenture shall be mailed with such notice to the Credit Enhancer.

  • The Series 1994B Bonds were issued as fully registered bonds without coupons in denominations of $5,000 or any integral multiples of $5,000.

  • Such notice shall briefly set forth the nature of the proposed Supplemental Indenture and shall state that copies thereof are on file at the Principal Office of the Trustee for inspection by all Bondowners and owners of the Series 1994B Bonds and a copy of such proposed supplemental Indenture shall be mailed with such notice to the Credit Enhancer.

  • Further, no change from a Weekly Mode to any other Interest Mode may occur unless a corresponding change in Interest Mode with respect to the Series 1994B Bonds is made on the same date.

  • After staff confirmed that sufficient amounts were available, the Series 1994B Bonds were redeemed on September 2, 2005.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Series A or “Series A Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.
