On September 15, 2001, the Authority issued $13,015,000 of Park Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2001, with an average interest rate of 4.36% to advance refund $11,670,000 of the outstanding Series 1995 Bonds with an average interest rate of 6.62%.
