Series 1995 Bonds definition

Series 1995 Bonds means the Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Huntco Steel, Inc. Project), Subordinate Series 1995, of City issued pursuant to the Series 1995 and 1996 Indenture, authorized in the total principal amount of not to exceed $30,000,000, as described in the Series 1995 and 1996 Indenture.
Series 1995 Bonds means the $110,000,000 State of Ohio Air Quality Development Revenue Refunding Bonds, 1995 Series (The Dayton Power and Light Company Project) dated as of September 1, 1995, now outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $110,000,000.
Series 1995 Bonds means the City’s Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 1995, which were issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 169398.
