The Issuer issued the Series 2004 Bonds pursuant to the Original Indenture as amended and supplemented by the Eighth Supplemental Indenture of Trust dated as of December 1, 2004 (the “Eighth Supplemental Indenture”).
The entire gross proceeds of the Series 2004 Bonds ($5,630,000) are to be expended solely for the payment and discharge on the Call Date of the outstanding principal amount of the Refunded Bonds.
The principal amount of the Series 2004 Bonds is not larger than the amount necessary to cause the Refunded Bonds to be redeemed in whole, in accordance with the provisions of the Prior Indenture and in accordance with the provisions hereof.
