Series 2012B Bonds definition

Series 2012B Bonds means the Authority’s Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012B (Fire and Life Safety Facilities Refunding).
Series 2012B Bonds means the Issuer’s Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2012B (MS Westfield Project), in the aggregate principal amount of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1,720,000).
Series 2012B Bonds means the County’s $[3,900,000] General Obligation Airport Refunding Bonds, Series 2012B (AMT).

  • The purchase price for all of the Series 2012B Bonds shall be $1,717,206.00, representing the par amount of $1,720,000.00, less a Purchaser’s fee of $2,794.00, there being no accrued interest thereon.

  • At no time will any funds constituting gross proceeds of the Series 2012A Bonds and the Series 2012B Bonds be used in a manner as to constitute failure of compliance with Section 148(f) of the Code.
