School Project definition

School Project means a Designated System installed at public schools pursuant to Section 1-75(c)(1)(K)(iv) of the IPA Act, and as indicated in Schedule A (and if applicable, Schedule B) to the Product Order.

School Project means a Designated System installed on public school land pursuant to Section 1-75(c)(1)(K)(iv) of the IPA Act, and as indicated in Schedule A (and if applicable, Schedule B) to the Product Order. For avoidance of doubt, these Designated Systems must be located on public school land, which may include district-owned land or land owned by a public institution of higher education, in order to be considered installed at a public school.

School Project means a school rehabiliation-specific activity to be carried out through a Technical Support Agency in an EPZ and financed, or proposed to be financed under Part D of the Project.

School Project means (i) the acquisition of land, site preparation, and construction and equipping of facilities of city schools, (ii) the acquisition, construction, renovation and/or equipping of other buildings or facilities for city use, (iii) the payment of legal, fiscal, administrative, architectural and engineering costs incident to the foregoing, and (iv) the retirement of obligations of the Issuer previously issued for such purposes.

At all times, funds allocated to accomplish each School Project shall be budgeted and accounted for within that School Project only, and disparate School Project funds shall in no event be commingled or transferred, except at the express written direction of the Owner.
