School Project means a school rehabiliation-specific activity to be carried out through a Technical Support Agency in an EPZ and financed, or proposed to be financed under Part D of the Project.

• In the event of any theft of, or loss or damage to, the School Project Equipment results solely from Center’s failure to provide adequate security measures, Center shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in order to repair and/or replace such equipment.

• If the School Project ceases operation or Vision Partner’s involvement in the School Project shall cease for any reason, all Equipment will be promptly returned to Vision Partner.

More Definitions of School Project

School Project means the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of the new high school facilities described in the Master Agreement.

School Project when used in this Agreement shall mean the total design, development, renovation and construction of entrance and lobby reconfigurations, and related improvements, at each of the Owner’s school facilities, of which the Work is a part. The Project is defined in more detail in the Program and the ▇▇▇▇’▇ response to the Owner’s RFQ. At all times, funds allocated to accomplish each School Project shall be budgeted and accounted for within that School Project only, and disparate School Project funds shall in no event be commingled or transferred, except at the express written direction of the Owner.

School Project means the land, buildings, facilities and other improvements identified in Exhibit A which are to be financed in whole or in part by the County from proceeds of Advancements.

School Project means any capital construction or major reconstruction projects; the

School Project means (i) the acquisition of land, site preparation, and construction and equipping of facilities of city schools, (ii) the acquisition, construction, renovation and/or equipping of other buildings or facilities for city use, (iii) the payment of legal, fiscal, administrative, architectural and engineering costs incident to the foregoing, and (iv) the retirement of obligations of the Issuer previously issued for such purposes.

School Project means, collectively, the repair and replacement of the roofs on South Elementary School, Woodland Elementary School and Oak Lane Elementary School, the replacement of the windows at North End Elementary School and the replacement of the chiller equipment at Southern Middle School, as more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto.
