School Project definition

School Project means a Designated System installed at public schools pursuant to Section 1-75(c)(1)(K)(iv) of the IPA Act, and as indicated in Schedule A (and if applicable, Schedule B) to the Product Order.
School Project means a school rehabiliation-specific activity to be carried out through a Technical Support Agency in an EPZ and financed, or proposed to be financed under Part D of the Project.
School Project means a Designated System installed aton public schoolsschool land pursuant to Section 1-75(c)(1)(K)(iv) of the IPA Act, and as indicated in Schedule A (and if applicable, Schedule B) to the Product Order.   • District will supply current site layout in advance for Vision Partner’s review and approval as well as work with designated architect to provide final plans and permits for the School Project.

  • In the event of any theft of, or loss or damage to, the School Project Equipment results solely from Center’s failure to provide adequate security measures, Center shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in order to repair and/or replace such equipment.

  • If the School Project ceases operation or Vision Partner’s involvement in the School Project shall cease for any reason, all Equipment will be promptly returned to Vision Partner.


More Definitions of School Project

School Project means the design, acquisition, construction and equipping of the new high school facilities described in the Master Agreement.
School Project when used in this Agreement shall mean the total design, development, renovation and construction of entrance and lobby reconfigurations, and related improvements, at each of the Owner’s school facilities, of which the Work is a part.
