Series 2016 Bond definition

Series 2016 Bond means the Taxable Hospital Revenue Bond, Series 2016 (Hawarden Regional Healthcare Project), in the principal amount of $8,833,254 issued pursuant to this Series Resolution and the Master Bond Resolution and the Series 2016 USDA Loan Agreement.
Series 2016 Bond means the Gadsden County, Florida Sales Tax Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2016, authorized pursuant to this Ordinance.
Series 2016 Bond means the Storm Drainage System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2016, issued in the maximum authorized principal amount of $5,000,000 pursuant to the Resolution as then in effect.

Examples of Series 2016 Bond in a sentence

  • In the case of redemption of Series 2016 Bonds pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof, notice of the call for any such redemption identifying the Series 2016 Bonds, or portions of fully registered Series 2016 Bonds, to be redeemed shall be given by mailing a copy of the redemption notice by first class mail not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days prior to the date fixed for redemption to the registered Owner of each Series 2016 Bond to be redeemed at the address shown on the registration books.

  • Any defect in that notice as to any Series 2016 Bond shall not affect the validity of the proceedings for the redemption of any other Series 2016 Bond, and any failure to receive notice duly mailed shall not affect the validity of the proceedings for the redemption of any Series 2016 Bonds.

  • The Series 2016-B Bonds are being issued subsequent to the City’s previously issued General Obligation Bonds, Series 2016 (the “Series 2016 Bonds”), to remedy a shortfall in Series 2016 Bond proceeds necessary to fund sewerage system improvements and related expenses.

  • The Trustee’s certificate of authentication on any Series 2016 Bond shall be deemed to have been executed by it if signed by an authorized signatory of the Trustee, but it shall not be necessary that the same person sign the certificate of authentication on all of the Series 2016 Bonds issued hereunder.

  • If the Owner of any Series 2016 Bonds presents that Bond to the Trustee with an instrument satisfactory to the Trustee waiving all claims for payment of that Bond, the Trustee shall cancel that Series 2016 Bond and the Bondholder shall have no further claim against the Trust Estate, the Issuer or the WLCDC with respect to that Series 2016 Bond.

  • No Series 2016 Bond shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to any security or benefit under this Indenture unless and until the certificate of authentication on such Series 2016 Bond substantially in the form hereinabove set forth shall have been duly executed by the Trustee, and such executed certificate of the Trustee upon any such Bond shall be conclusive evidence that such Series 2016 Bond has been authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.

  • Neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the Issuer, the State of Indiana or any political subdivision or taxing authority thereof is pledged to the payment of the principal of or the interest on this Series 2016 Bond.

  • Such notice of redemption shall specify the CUSIP number and, in the event of a partial redemption the Series 2016 Bond numbers and called amounts of each Series 2016 Bond, the redemption date, redemption price, interest rate, maturity date and the name and address of the Trustee and the Paying Agent.

  • This Series 2016 Bond is transferable by the registered Bondholder hereof in person or by its attorney duly authorized in writing at the designated office of the Trustee, but only in the manner, subject to the limitations and without charge by the Issuer or the Trustee, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Series 2016 Bond.

  • This Series 2016 Bond is transferable by the Registered Owner hereof at the principal corporate trust office of the Trustee upon surrender and cancellation of this Series 2016 Bond and on presentation of a duly executed written instrument of transfer and thereupon a new Series 2016 Bond or Series 2016 Bonds of the same aggregate principal amount and maturity and in authorized denominations will be issued to the transferee or transferees in exchange therefor.

Series 2016 Bond means the $5,000,000 Storm Drainage System Revenue Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2016, issued to the DNRC to evidence the 2016 Loan.
Series 2016 Bond means the $6,342,000 City of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Cherry Grove Improvement District Assessment Revenue Bond, Series 2016.
Series 2016 Bond means the Lee County, Florida Solid Waste System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2016 authorized pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof.
Series 2016 Bond or "Series 2016 Bonds" shall mean the Tax Increment Financing Revenue Bonds, Series 2016 (Cotton Mill Marketplace Project), of the Municipality authorized and directed to be issued in the Bond Resolution.
Series 2016 Bond or “Series 2016 Bonds” means any or all of the $ City of Greenville Public Facilities Corporation Installment Purchase Revenue Bonds, Series 2016, authorized by and secured under this Trust Agreement.

Related to Series 2016 Bond

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Class A Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.

  • Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Excess Servicing Fee For each calendar month, as to each Mortgage Loan, the portion of the related Excess Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such month (determined in the same manner as the applicable Mortgage Rate determined for such Mortgage Loan for such month) multiplied by the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately before the Due Date occurring in such month, but prorated for the number of days during the calendar month for such Mortgage Loan for which interest actually accrues on such Mortgage Loan and only from collections on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Trust Amount has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Monthly Principal Amount means, for each Payment Date, starting with the Payment Date in the month following the month in which (a) the Controlled Accumulation Period starts, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Controlled Deposit Amount for that Payment Date, and (ii) the Adjusted Invested Amount on that Payment Date, or (b) the Early Amortization Period starts, the Adjusted Invested Amount on that Payment Date.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.
