Series 2016A Bond definition

Series 2016A Bond means the Subordinate Lien Water System Revenue Bond (DNRC Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Program), Taxable Series 2016A, issued in the original principal amount of $500,000 and delivered to the DNRC. The principal amount of the Series 2016A Bond has been forgiven by the DNRC at the time of adoption of this Resolution.

• Money in the Series 2016A Bond Fund, Series 2016B Bond Fund, and the Series 2016C Bond Fund, and money in the Revenue Fund of the Port may be invested in any investments legal for port districts and, with respect to the Series 2016A Bond Fund, the Series 2016B Bond Fund, and the Series 2016C Bond Fund, subject to the further limitations set forth in the Federal Tax Certificate with respect to Series 2016 Bonds of a series issued on a tax-exempt basis.

• Each Series 2016A Bond shall be in an integral multiple of $5,000 and shall be numbered separately from R-1 consecutively upwards in order of issuance.
