Series 2018 Project definition

Series 2018 Project means certain capital equipment and improvements for the Issuer, all as more particularly described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto, as the same may be supplemented by a Bond Terms Agreement from time to time.

Series 2018 Project means financing a portion of the costs associated with additions and improvements to the System.

Series 2018 Project means the public infrastructure capital costs and ancillary costs set forth in the report of the Consulting Engineer attached hereto as Exhibit A, as amended and supplemented from time to time with respect to the Series 2018 Project.

• There is hereby established a Series 2018 Account in the Construction Fund designated as the “Series 2018 Construction Account,” moneys in which shall be used for the purpose and as authorized by Section 5.1 of the General Indenture to pay the Costs of the Series 2018 Project.

• Any unexpended balance remaining in the Series 2018 Construction Account after completion of the Series 2018 Project shall, as directed by the Issuer, be paid immediately into the Bond Fund and used pursuant to the provisions of the General Indenture.

• The Company may change, supplement, amend and add to the plans and specifications for the Series 2018 Project and is authorized to omit or make substitutions for components of the Series 2018 Project without the approval of the Issuer or the Series 2018 Purchaser.

• Nontaxable Transaction Certificates shall be executed and delivered by the Company, as agent for the Issuer, to vendors for the Series 2018 Project, in order to permit the vendors to claim deductions available under the New Mexico Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Act for the vendors’ receipts from the Company, as agent for the Issuer, for sales of the Series 2018 Improvements.

• In the event that developable lands that derive benefit from the Series 2018 Project are added to the District boundaries, whether by boundary amendment or increase in density, Series 2018A-2 Assessments will be allocated to such lands, pursuant to the methodology described herein.

More Definitions of Series 2018 Project

Series 2018 Project means the capital expenditures relating to the acquisition, construction, designing, equipping, improving, and installation of certain road improvements and related Village facilities, all located within the boundaries of the Village.

Series 2018 Project means the

Series 2018 Project means any capital expenditures in connection with the acquisition, construction, designing, equipping, and improving of a county jail facility located at 2551 Fisher Road, Columbus, Ohio, and certain other improvements to County facilities including but not limited to the designing, construction, and improving of all of the Elevator units in the office tower located at 373 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio, including reimbursements to the County for any of the aforementioned capital expenditures made prior to the issuance of the Series 2018 Bonds, as further described in the title of this Resolution and maybe be further defined in the Certificate of Award, within the boundaries of the County.

Series 2018 Project shall have the meaning assigned to such term by the Second Supplemental Trust Agreement.

Series 2018 Project means the acquisition, renovation, and equipping of an approximately 30,000 square foot existing building located at 2925 Country Drive in the City of Little Canada for use by the School as a public charter school for students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Series 2018 Project means the portion of the Capital Improvement Plan (as described in the Engineer’s Report) financed with proceeds of the Series 2018 Bonds.

Series 2018 Project shall have the meaning set forth in the Supplemental Indenture.
