Series A Percentage Interest definition

Series A Percentage Interest means, as to a Series A Limited Partner, the percentage determined by dividing the Series A Preferred Units owned by such Series A Limited Partner by the total number of Series A Preferred Units then outstanding, both as specified on Exhibit A attached hereto, as such Exhibit A may be modified from time to time.

Series A Percentage Interest means, at any particular time, the percentage interest of each holder of a Series A Unit determined by dividing (a) the number of Series A Units owned by such Series A Member, by (b) the aggregate number of outstanding Series A Units.

Series A Percentage Interest means, with respect to each Series A Member, such Series A Member’s percentage holding of the total outstanding Series A Preferred Units as set forth on Exhibit A as of the date of determination.
