Examples of Series Authorization in a sentence

Related to Series Authorization

CAAF generally include all U.S. citizen and third-country national employees not normally residing within the operational area whose area of performance is in the direct vicinity of U.S. Armed Forces and who routinely are collocated with the U.S. Armed Forces (especially in non-permissive environments). Personnel collocated with U.S. Armed Forces shall be afforded CAAF status through a letter of authorization. In some cases, Combatant Commander subordinate commanders may designate mission-essential host nation or local national contractor employees (e.g., interpreters) as CAAF. CAAF includes contractors previously identified as contractors deploying with the U.S. Armed Forces. CAAF status does not apply to contractor personnel in support of applicable operations within the boundaries and territories of the United States.

  • Sell Authorization means that Distributor needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for each product included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Distributor wants to resell as set out in detail in the Distributor Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.

  • Applicable IP Office means the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office or any similar office or agency within or outside the United States.

  • Board Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Relevant UK Resolution Authority means any authority with the ability to exercise a UK Bail-in Power.

  • Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule II attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Funds has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Funds.
