Series C Securities definition

Series C Securities means Securities as defined in the Series C Agreement.
Series C Securities means the "Senior Subordinated Securities," as such term is defined in the Series C Indenture.
Series C Securities means the 12% Series C Senior Notes due April 15, 2004, being issued and sold pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and this Indenture.

Series C Securities means the 10 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2006, Series C, being issued and sold pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and this Indenture.
Series C Securities the shares of Common Stock or other securities issued or issuable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Stock purchased by the Exchanging Partners pursuant to the Exchange Agreement or issued as dividends or distributions pursuant to the Certificate of Designations, Rights and Preferences establishing the terms and relative rights and preferences of the Series C Preferred Stock.
Series C Securities means the Series C Preference Shares and any Dilution Instruments issued to the respective Series C Holder.

Series C Securities means the 129,558,574 shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversions of shares of Series C Preferred Stock owned by Maxim Partners, LLC (“Maxim”), it being understood that the Company shall only attempt to register for resale in the Registration Statement up to 53,000,000 shares of Common Stock (the “Registrable Maxim Securities”) issuable upon any subsequent conversion of Series C Securities into Common Stock.
Series C Securities means the 9 1/4% Series C Senior Notes due February 1, 2008 (the terms of which are identical to the Series B Securities except that the Series C Securities shall be registered under the Securities Act, and shall not contain the restrictive legend on the face of the form of the Series B Securities), to be issued in exchange for the Series B Securities and the Existing Senior Notes under this Indenture.
