Share or Shares definition

Share or Shares means a common share or common shares of the Company as constituted on July 1, 1999.
Share or Shares means the Participating Shares of no par value in the Fund issued subject to, and in accordance with the Act, the Regulations and the Instrument of Incorporation of the ICAV;
Share or Shares means all classes of shares and share certificates that may be held in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

Share or Shares means a single share or shares of Common Stock. The aggregate number of Shares which may be allocated under this Plan shall not exceed 600,000 Shares, or the equivalent number thereto in the event of a change in the number of the issued shares after the Effective Date.
