Series H Warrants definition

Series H Warrants means the warrants to purchase Series H Shares, issued pursuant to the Credit Agreement, dated as of January 28, 2013, by and among the Company, the lenders party thereto and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent and as collateral agent.
Series H Warrants means (i) prior to the Effective Time, the outstanding warrants to purchase shares of Series H Preferred Stock, and (ii) from and following the Effective Time, the outstanding warrants to purchase shares of Acquiror Common Stock, pursuant to the Series H Preferred Stock Warrant Amendments.

Series H Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto.
