  • Member Country means the member of the Association in whose territory the Project is carried out or any such member’s political or administrative subdivisions.”

  • Disciplinary Committee means any person or committee of persons, or any subcommittee thereof, that is author- ized by a self-regulatory organization to issue disciplinary charges, to con- duct disciplinary proceedings, to settle disciplinary charges, to impose dis- ciplinary sanctions or to hear appeals thereof.

  • Disinterested Board Members means those members of the Board of a Fund that are not deemed to be "interested persons" of the Fund, as defined by the Act.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nominated Account means a bank account which is maintained under the name of an EHCP or his Associated Organization and is specified by the EHCP and his Associated Organization in the Authority for Payment to a Bank in the form attached at Appendix B and signed by the EHCP and his Associated Organization.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Independent Fund Director means an independent director of an investment company advised by Invesco.

  • Remuneration Committee means the remuneration committee appointed by the Board;

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Majority Participants means the Holder(s) of more than 50% of the Outstanding VMTP Shares.

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Supervisory Board means the Supervisory Board of the Company.

  • Audit Committee or Committee means Committee of Board of Directors of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Board Committee means those individual members of the Board of Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article VIII and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
