Service Availability Credits definition

Service Availability Credits has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Service Availability Credits has the meaning contained in Exhibit B.
Service Availability Credits are the percentage of the monthly Committed Charges, or in the case of an annual Committed Charge, the percentage of one-twelfth (1/12) of the annual Committed Charge, for use of the Display5 Cloud Platform payable by Client to Display5 under the terms of the Agreement. These Services Availability Credits shall not exceed two (2) months of Committed Charges per annum.

Examples of Service Availability Credits in a sentence

  • Service Availability Credit requests must include Your Account name or Account number and the dates and specific times for which You are requesting Service Availability Credits.

  • The total credits that You may be issued with respect to any calendar month, including the aggregate of Service Availability Credits and Recovery Credits, will not exceed 150% of the monthly fees charged to the Account during the month for which all such credits are issued.

  • If the failure to meet the Service Availability Requirement is confirmed by Company, Company will issue the Service Availability Credit in accordance with this Section 1.3. Customer may not request, and Company shall not issue, any Service Availability Credits for a particular calendar month after the applicable thirty (30) days request period has ended.

  • You may only submit Service Availability Credit requests with respect to one individual BluIP Communications Service in a package/bundle in a calendar month; BluIP will not be liable for Service Availability Credits with respect to more than one BluIP Communications Service in a package/bundle in any calendar month.
