Committed Charges definition

Committed Charges means total monthly fees paid by CUSTOMER to QUMU for the operation of CUSTOMER's QUMU Cloud Platform, Customer Support, Maintenance and Backup services.
Committed Charges means all Charges which are subject to a minimum term and commitment of the Customer being the sum of the Committed Subscription Charges and the Committed PerfectBundle Charges (each as applicable) which are payable during the Committed Term (and any applicable Follow-On Term);
Committed Charges means the total monthly or annual fees paid by Client to Display5, or it’s Reseller, for the operation of Client’s Display5 Cloud Platform, Client Support, Maintenance and backup services.

Examples of Committed Charges in a sentence

  • Committed Charges" means the total sum of one months’ worth of Fees paid by Client to Qumu for the operation of Client's instance of the Cloud Platform.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and administering and carrying out the terms of the Settlement.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;
