Service Contacts. Enter PY21/Past Year Actual, PY21/Past Year Target, PY22/This Year Actual (12 month estimated), PY22/This Year Target, and proposed PY23/Next Year numbers of Service Contacts.

Service Contacts means all architectural drawings, plans and specifications, consulting agreements, engineer's reports, design contracts, utility contracts, water and sewer service contracts, other contracts of any nature, maintenance contracts, management contracts, certificates of occupancy, warranties, permits, licenses, approvals, soil reports, and other contracts or documents of any nature relating to the Project entered into by Lessor pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

Examples of Service Contacts in a sentence

  • Whenever necessary to comply with this Article 5.3, the Service Contacts shall call upon other employees or agents of the Competitive Supplier to obtain such information or explanation as may be reasonably requested.

You acknowledge that XOOM has full authority to make all rates and tariff selections necessary to meet its obligations under this Agreement. You may rescind this authorization at any time by contacting XOOM. Execution of this Agreement shall constitute authorization for the release of this information to XOOM.

  • Contact Hour Funds means the funds paid or payable by the Department under this Contract for the Scheduled Hours of supervised training and assessment reported for a Skills First Student. Contract means this VET Funding Contract and includes all schedules, annexures, attachments, plans and specifications and exhibits to it. Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.
