Soil Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received and approved a soil composition and test boring report with respect to the Land, which shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and upon which the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely, made within thirty (30) days of the Closing Date of this Agreement by a licensed professional engineer satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Soil Reports. A soil composition and test boring report and a foundation report satisfactory to Administrative Agent regarding the Land, made within three (3) years prior to the date of this Agreement, by a licensed professional engineer satisfactory to Lenders.
Soil Reports. Developer shall submit all soil testing reports to IFA for review and comment. Soil testing shall be performed for texture, particle size gradation, pH, and organic content. The soil report shall be completed and submitted in advance of the Nutrient Management Plan and coordinated with its requirements.
Soil Reports. The Lender shall have received and approved a written report from an engineer acceptable to the Lender which set(s) forth the results of subsurface soil tests (including, but not limited to, composition and compaction results), and recommendations, if any, and a density/compaction certification acceptable to Lender. The Lender shall also have received and approved such additional report(s) as shall be appropriate, including additional reports made after implementation of the recommendations, to show that the recommendations have been satisfied.
Soil Reports. Lender and Construction Consultant shall have received and reviewed a soil composition and test boring report and a foundation report satisfactory to Lender regarding the Land, by a licensed professional engineer satisfactory to Lender. Any recommendations of the engineer in the soil report shall be incorporated into the Plans.
Soil Reports. There are no soil reports in the possession of the Company or its Affiliates relating to any part of the Mortgaged Properties.
Soil Reports. If required by Bank, a soils report addressed to Bank and prepared by a licensed soils engineer acceptable to Bank showing the locations of, and containing boring logs for, all borings.

Soil Reports. 1. A soils engineering report shall include data regarding the nature, distribution and strength of existing soils, conclusions and recommendations for grading procedures, design criteria for corrective measures and opinions and recommendations covering the adequacy of sites to be developed.
2. The investigation and subsequent report shall be completed by a professional engineer registered in the state of California, and experienced and knowledgeable in the practice of soils mechanics.
3. Recommendations included in the report and approved by the engineer shall be incorporated into the design plan or specifications.
4. Any area which presents one or more of the following limiting factors shall not be subjected to development unless the engineer can demonstrate conclusively to the commission that these limitations can be overcome in such a manner as to prevent hazard to life, hazard to property, adverse effects on the safety, use or stability of a public way or drainage channel and adverse impact on the natural environment.
a. Water table within six feet (6’) of the surface at any time of the year.
b. Soils with a high shrink-swell potential.
c. Soils with a unified classification of unstable soil types.
