Service Elements definition

Service Elements means those (cost) elements of the Service that form a Functional Service Component including (for example) but not limited to servers, software, management and monitoring.

Service Elements means the Services, the Supplier Environment, Third Party Environment, the Supplier Content, the Third Party Content, and the Third Party Services;

Service Elements means the technical aspects of the Services including the usage allowance or any other element of the Services;

Examples of Service Elements in a sentence

• The Buyer shall, at its own cost, upgrade Buyer Elements to ensure connectivity and compatibility with the Service Elements.

• The Supplier will provide advance notice (as reasonably possible) of any material changes to the Service Elements that may affect any baseline services agreed by the Parties at a certain date to form connectivity to the Buyer Elements.

• This ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY sets out a non-exhaustive list of prohibited access to and/or use of the Buyer Account, the Buyer Content and the Service Elements.

• The Buyer is responsible for breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy by it, its End Users and by any third party who accesses and/or uses the Buyer Account, the Buyer Content and/or the Service Elements (where such third party is acting on behalf of the Buyer and/or any End User or where such third party access and/or use is as a result of a Buyer and/or End User act, omission or default).

• By accessing and/or using the Buyer Account, the Buyer Content and/or the Service Elements, the Buyer agrees to comply with (and to procure that its End Users comply with) the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

More Definitions of Service Elements

Service Elements means any one of the following services or group of related services as described in Exhibit B-1, “Service Descriptions,” in which costs are covered in whole or in part with financial assistance pursuant to Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” of this Agreement. Only Services in which costs are covered in whole or in part with financial assistance pursuant to Exhibit C, “Financial Assistance Award,” as amended from time to time, are subject to this Agreement. Service Elements means the technical aspects of the Services including the number of mailboxes or Users, the amount of storage or any other element of the Services;

Service Elements means, without limitation, tools, systems, equipment, Intellectual Property, real property, or services of any nature or kind provided by Third Party Providers in connection with the provision of the Services.

Service Elements. The following clauses define the scope of the services.

Service Elements means all component elements of the Platform designed, built, developed or implemented by INNSO within the framework of the Service.
