Additionally, employee shall render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by employer at no specifically prescribed time, magnitude, or frequency, in accordance with local employment law(s). Where no such duties (as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as that engaged in by employer) exist in any unique employment position maintained by employer and employee, employee shall maintain a reasonably adequate amount of work output as determined by employer and as prescribed by local employment law.
