Examples of Service Improvement in a sentence

  • If and when the Service Improvement Proposal is accepted in principle by the Authority and Contracting Authority and such agreement is put in writing, the Supplier shall formulate an implementation plan which shall set out in more detail the way in which the Supplier intends that the Service Improvement Proposal shall be implemented and the timetable for payments or adjustments to any element of the prices paid in accordance with the agreed gainshare ratio (“Gainshare Implementation Plan”).

  • Once the Gainshare Implementation Plan has been agreed between the parties, the Supplier shall implement the Service Improvement Proposal in accordance with the plan and the Supplier, the Authority and the Contracting Authority shall comply with any obligations they have assumed, including adjustments to the prices paid and obligations to make payments.

  • The Supplier shall provide regular updates to the Authority on: gainshare Service Improvement Proposals that have been submitted to Contracting Authorities for consideration, and the resultant benefits that have been derived from Service Improvement Proposals which have been implemented.

  • The Supplier may make a Service Improvement Proposal to a Contracting Authority and the Authority for a new or different way of providing the Services as described in paragraph 3.16.

  • The Authority shall assess the Service Improvement Proposal in conjunction with the Contracting Authority and shall, in writing within one (1) Month (or such other time as agreed between the parties), either accept it in principle, reject it or offer recommendations or refinements in order for the Supplier to submit a revised Service Improvement Proposal.

  • Continued failure to supply goods within the agreed timescales and service levels will result in a Service Improvement Notice being issued.

  • The Contractor shall have an ongoing obligation throughout the term to identify new or potential improvements to the Services (including the Services) in accordance with this clause 11.2 (Innovation, Transformation and Service Improvement) and Schedule 4 (Mobilisation Plan, Transition Plan and Transformation Plan).

  • In accordance with the Provincial Framework Agreement (Appendix A) Article 3 (Local Bargaining), the Parties agree that effective July 1, 2020 the Service Improvement Allocation ongoing annual funding of $263,000 will be used to add 30 minutes per week to the hours of work of full-time regular, 31 hours per week Education Assistants.

  • While this LOA is for the life of the collective agreement, the funds are continuing in nature; therefore, if the parties do not extend this LOA in the next collective agreement, these funds will be redirected to another mutually agreed purpose that supports Service Improvement.

  • The Service Improvement Allocation presents an opportunity to address these recruitment and retention challenges through the creation of a Hard to Recruit Allowance to address immediate shortages in staffing that negatively impact services to students.
