Service Taxes definition

Service Taxes means all sales, use, lease, service, value-added, excise, consumption, stamp duty and such other taxes and duties that are assessed against a Party by a Tax Authority on the provision of the Services as a whole or on a particular Service, but excluding Income Taxes.
Service Taxes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Service Taxes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b).

  • Voya shall be financially responsible for Service Taxes, which are required to be remitted by BNY Mellon only to the extent BNY Mellon issues a legally valid invoice with the detail required by Section 9.04.

  • In accordance with the indemnification procedures set forth in Article 15, Voya and BNY Mellon shall promptly notify each other and coordinate with each other in the response to and settlement of any claims for Service Taxes asserted by applicable Tax Authorities that Voya or BNY Mellon is responsible for under the Agreement.

Service Taxes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(a).

The cost of Service Taxes is not part of the price agreed upon for Services under this Agreement and will be in addition thereto.
Service Taxes shall have the meaning specified in Section 26.5 (Taxes; Definitions).
Service Taxes means all sales, use, excise and other similar taxes that are assessed against either Party on the provision of the Services as a whole, or on any particular Service received by AT&T or the Eligible Recipients from Amdocs, excluding Income Taxes.
Service Taxes means all sales, use, transaction based gross receipts, excise, provincial, value added, COFINS, ISS and PIS and other similar taxes that are assessed against either Party on the final provision of the Services as a whole, or on any particular Service received by Kraft or an Eligible Recipient from Supplier, excluding Income Taxes.
