Serviced Areas means the Estate Common Parts
Serviced Areas means an area where a waterworks and sewage system has been provided by or for the municipality, including but not limited to Properties within and outside the Town of Prescott.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations.
