Serviced Group Member Supplement definition

Serviced Group Member Supplement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Servicing Agreement.
Serviced Group Member Supplement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Servicing Agreement. “Servicer Conflicts Standard” has the meaning assigned to such terms in Section 3.02(b) of this Agreement. “Standard of Care” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.01 of this Agreement. “Serviced Group” means WEST and each Issuer Subsidiary that is a signatory to this Agreement or becomes a party to the Servicing Agreement from time to time pursuant to a Serviced Group Member Supplement (but only for so long as such Issuer Subsidiary remains a party hereto). “Servicer Report” means a report that the Servicer is required to provide to WEST pursuant to Sections 8.01 and 8.02 of Schedule 2.02(a) to this Agreement. “Servicer Termination Event” means any event listed in Section 10.02(b).

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
