Examples of ServiceNow Products in a sentence

  • Customer will comply with all Laws applicable to its use of the ServiceNow Products, including those applicable to collection and processing of Customer Data in ServiceNow systems through the Subscription Service.

  • ServiceNow encourages Customer to provide suggestions, proposals, ideas, recommendations, or other feedback regarding improvements to the ServiceNow Products (collectively, “Feedback”).

  • ServiceNow is obligated to provide ServiceNow Products only in the English language, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In addition, Customer is responsible for complying with any local Laws that may impact Customer’s right to import, export, or use ServiceNow Products or any of them.

  • Customer hereby grants to ServiceNow a royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, non-transferrable (except as set forth in Section 12.1 (Assignment)), worldwide, right to use Customer Data and Customer Technology solely to provide and support the ServiceNow Products.

  • Customer may, at its option, provide access and use rights to the ServiceNow Products to one or more Customer Affiliates, subject to all terms in this Agreement.

  • Customer will use the ordered ServiceNow Products for Customer’s business use in the foregoing location(s) in accordance with the provided VAT or GST identification number(s).

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
