Ancillary Software definition

Ancillary Software means any software agent or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services Environment.
Ancillary Software means software licensed by ServiceNow to Customer that is deployed on machines operated by or for Customer to facilitate operation of the Subscription Service or interoperation of the Subscription Service with other software, hardware, or services. Ancillary Software may include code that is licensed under third-party license agreements, including open source made available or provided with the Ancillary Software.
Ancillary Software means software that is not part of the Questionmark OnPremise Software but which is installed before or after the Questionmark OnPremise Software to run alongside the Questionmark OnPremise Software and which has its own open source license agreement which sets out certain rights and obligations for use of Ancillary Software.

Examples of Ancillary Software in a sentence

  • As between Nuix and Licensee, Licensee acknowledges that Nuix owns title and all Intellectual Property Rights to the Ancillary Software.

  • Ancillary Software is licensed for use solely with the Software or SaaS Services and may not be used on a stand-alone basis or with any other third-party products.

  • Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, Nuix hereby grants to Licensee during the relevant Term, and Licensee accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, terminable, non-assignable, limited license (i) to install one (1) copy of the Software in Licensee’s production environment and (ii) to use the Software and Ancillary Software in the Territory for the Term in accordance with the usage limits set forth in the Order Form.


More Definitions of Ancillary Software

Ancillary Software has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Ancillary Software means software that is not part of the Perception Server Software but which is installed before or after the Perception Server Software to run alongside the Perception Server Software and which has its own license agreement presented on install.

Ancillary Software means any software that is provided by Nimble for use in conjunction with the Product on a standalone basis and not as pre-installed on, embedded in, or incorporated into the hardware components of a Product.
Ancillary Software means all or any portion of Software provided under public, open source, or third-party license terms. The description and features of the Software are included in Exhibit A attached to this Agreement.
