Servicer Collection Account. The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated “U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Prime Mortgage Trust, Certificates, Series 2005-3 - Master Servicer Collection Account.” The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

Servicer Collection Account means a segregated deposit account established or maintained by Servicer, in the name of Servicer for the benefit of Seller, into which Servicer will deposit all Net Cash Flow with respect to the Purchased Asset.
