Servicer Collection Account definition

Servicer Collection Account. The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated “U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Prime Mortgage Trust, Certificates, Series 2005-4 - Master Servicer Collection Account.” The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

Servicer Collection Account means the Collection Account established --------------------------- pursuant to the Servicing Agreement, by and among the Secured Party, the Servicer and certain other parties thereto, as amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

Servicer Collection Account means a segregated deposit account established or maintained by Servicer, in the name of Servicer for the benefit of Seller, into which Servicer will deposit all Net Cash Flow with respect to the Purchased Asset.

• The Master Servicer shall deposit the amount of any such loss in the Master Servicer Collection Account within two Business Days of receipt of notification of such loss but not later than the second Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which the moneys so invested are required to be distributed to the Certificateholders.

Servicer Collection Account means the account in the name of Ocwen UK Servicing Limited with the Account Bank, number 76694895.
