Servicing Fee Amount. With respect to the Master Servicer and any date of determination, the aggregate of the products obtained by multiplying, for each Mortgage Loan, (a) the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period and (b) the difference between the Servicing Fee Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the servicing fee rate (if any) applicable to such Mortgage Loan as specified in any Sub-Servicing Agreement related to such Mortgage Loan. With respect to each Sub-Servicer and any date of determination, the aggregate of the products obtained by multiplying, for each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Sub-Servicer, (a) the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period and (b) the servicing fee rate specified in the related Sub-Servicing Agreement for such Mortgage Loan.
