Examples of Settlement Meeting in a sentence
Within five Business Days from the delivery of the Dispute Notice, officials designated by the Province and the Contractor will meet at a mutually acceptable time and place to attempt to resolve the Dispute (a "Settlement Meeting").
Any Party may request the other Parties to attend a Settlement Meeting at a mutually agreed time and place within ten days after delivery of a notice of a dispute.
If the Parties have not resolved a monetary dispute at the Settlement Meeting any Party may submit the matter to arbitration.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement to the contrary, after the Settlement Meeting a Party will be entitled to seek any equitable remedies available under law.
