Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:
Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.
Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.
settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:
Settlement Unit means each hour in a day divided into hour-long periods starting at 00:00 on such day.
PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter. Viatical settlement broker means a person, including a life insurance producer as provided for in section 508E.3, who, working exclusively on behalf of a viator and for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration, offers or attempts to negotiate viatical settlement contracts between a viator and one or more viatical settlement providers or one or more viatical settlement brokers. Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.
Settlement Interval has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Resettlement means the impact of an involuntary taking of land under the Project, which taking causes affected persons to have their: (i) standard of living adversely affected; or (ii) right, title or interest in any house, land (including premises, agricultural and grazing land) or any other fixed or movable asset acquired or possessed, temporarily or permanently; or (iii) access to productive assets adversely affected, temporarily or permanently; or (iv) business, occupation, work or place of residence or habitat adversely affected, temporarily or permanently.
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);
Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.
Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour. Day-ahead System Energy Price:
Ontario Settlement Class means the settlement class in respect of the Ontario Action as defined in Schedule A.
TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.
Settlement Day means, in relation to a date, (i) with respect to a transfer of cash or other property (other than securities), the next Local Business Day and (ii) with respect to a transfer of securities, the first Local Business Day after such date on which settlement of a trade in the relevant securities, if effected on such date, would have been settled in accordance with customary practice when settling through the clearance system agreed between the parties for delivery of such securities or, otherwise, on the market in which such securities are principally traded (or, in either case, if there is no such customary practice, on the first Local Business Day after such date on which it is reasonably practicable to deliver such securities).
Settlement Report a report summarizing Revolver Loans and participations in LC Obligations outstanding as of a given settlement date, allocated to Lenders on a Pro Rata basis in accordance with their Revolver Commitments.
Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.
Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Settlement Amount means, with respect to a party and any Early Termination Date, the sum of: --
TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;
Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.
Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100. The Settlement Value of a Variable Payout Contract is determined as described in the definitions of Long and Short Variable Payout Contracts.
CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.
