Seven Day Shift Work definition

Seven Day Shift Work means work carried on with consecutive shifts throughout the 24 hours of each of the seven days of the week without interruption except during breakdowns or meal periods or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of Iplex.

Examples of Seven Day Shift Work in a sentence

  • Shift Work Configurations And Allowances Seven Day Shift Work (24/7) The Employer may, if the Employer so desires, work any part of its business on shifts in accordance with the following provisions; an afternoon shift, which commences before 1800 hours and the ordinary time of which concludes at or after 1830 hours will be paid an allowance of $3.43 per hour on all time paid at the ordinary rate.

  • Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am.

  • Non-working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
