As set forth below, the following obligations are imposed upon Employer upon termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that to be entitled to such severance benefits, Employee will be required to execute, and not revoke, a Confidential Severance Agreement and Release provided by Employer as more fully described in Section IV.I below.
As a condition of receiving any Severance Benefits under this Paragraph 4, Executive is required to sign (and not revoke) a Severance Agreement and Release of All Claims (“Release”) against CDTI and related entities and individuals, in a form to be provided by CDTI, within 45 days after his termination date.
