  • As set forth below, the following obligations are imposed upon Employer upon termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that to be entitled to such severance benefits, Employee will be required to execute, and not revoke, a Confidential Severance Agreement and Release provided by Employer as more fully described in Section IV.I below.

Related to Severance Agreement and Release

  • Severance Agreement means the Key Executive Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the parties, as it may be amended from time to time, that provides for certain benefits related to termination of the Executive’s employment that are unrelated to a Change of Control.
