Sewer Connection Fee definition

Sewer Connection Fee means a fee to obtain permission to connect to the District sewer, to have flow capacity rights, and to use the trunk sewer, sewage treatment facilities and appurtenances, provided that the District’s prevailing service charges have been paid.
Sewer Connection Fee means a one-time cost paid at the time of issuance of a sewer connection permit, to reimburse the Town for costs associated with administering the Sewer Connection program including processing permit applications, sewer capacity fee, connection fee, and user charge billing, inspection of the sewer connection construction, record-keeping and related Sewer Department coordination efforts. The standard fee may be adjusted to account for added or increased Town costs of the services included.
Sewer Connection Fee means the initial sewer connection charge as set forth in Article 11-2 of this chapter and shall apply to all sewer connections to the public sewer after the effective date of this code.

More Definitions of Sewer Connection Fee

Sewer Connection Fee means a fee in the amount prescribed under section 2.2; “sewer disconnection application” means an application under section 2.17(a);
Sewer Connection Fee means the fee charged by the City for the right to connect to an existing main line when the property being served has not previously paid or made provision for the payment of its proportionate share of the reasonable cost of construction of main sewer lines.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
