SFA definition

SFA s Food Service Facilities” means the areas, improvements, personal property and facilities made available by SFA to FSMC for the provision of the food services as more fully described herein.
SFA s Food Service Location(s)” means the schools or other locations where Program meals are served to SFA’s schoolchildren.
SFA s Food Service Budget” means the Food Service Budget for the Current School Year, which is attached to this Contract as “Exhibit C” and fully incorporated herein.

  • The grant of RSUs is being made in reliance of section 273(1)(f) of the SFA for which it is exempt from the prospectus and registration requirements under the SFA and is not made to you with a view to the RSUs being subsequently offered for sale to any other party.
