SGI Entities definition

SGI Entities means Silicon Graphics and Subsidiaries of Silicon Graphics (other than Subsidiaries that constitute MIPS Entities), and "SGI Entity" shall mean any of the SGI Entities.
SGI Entities means SGI and Subsidiaries of SGI (other than Subsidiaries that constitute MIPS Entities), and "SGI Entity" shall mean any of the SGI Entities.
SGI Entities means the SGI Entities as such term is defined in the Stockholders’ Agreement.

Examples of SGI Entities in a sentence

  • The Option may be exercised by Silicon Graphics (or any SGI Entity to which all or any part of the Option has been assigned) for a number of shares equal to or less than the number of shares that are necessary for the SGI Entities to maintain, in the aggregate, the Minimum Ownership Percentage.

  • If SGI incurs third-party costs or expenses on behalf of the Company as well as any SGI Entity, SGI will allocate any such costs or expenses in good faith between the Company and the various SGI Entities on behalf of which such costs or expenses were incurred as SGI shall determine in the exercise of its reasonable judgment.

Related to SGI Entities

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.
