Shared Content definition

Shared Content means broadcast content (including, but not limited to, Programme Material, Musical Works, advertising and all other audio content) included in an FM or Digital Commercial Radio Station licensed by the Licensors (whether under this Agreement or otherwise) which content is the same as the content included in the Licensed Station.
Shared Content has the meaning ascribed to it in the Privacy Statement; for greater certainty, Shared Content does not include MARC records from the library’s ILS;
Shared Content means any Simulations or other images, photos, effects, graphics, data, scenarios, text, videos, multimedia content or other materials, made available by a user of the Services for use by other users of the Services.

More Definitions of Shared Content

Shared Content has the meaning ascribed to it in the Privacy Statement;
Shared Content means any content disseminated through the Reuters Network for which both Reuters or a member of the Reuters Group and Moneyline or a member of the Moneyline Group have obtained Content Licenses and such content is authorized to be received by clients of both Moneyline or a member of the Moneyline Group and Reuters or a member of the Reuters Group.
Shared Content shall be as defined in Section 2.8.
Shared Content means any guide, information or content that a User publishes on the Hub.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Shared-Loss Assets means Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate purchased by the Assuming Institution, Additional ORE, Shared-Loss Subsidiaries, and Capitalized Expenditures, but does not include Shared-Loss Securities.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.

  • Adult motion picture theater means a commercial establishment where, for any form of consideration, films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides, or similar photographic reproductions are regularly shown which are characterized by the depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Third Party Items means Third Party Content and Third Party Products.
