Shared Content definition

Shared Content means broadcast content (including, but not limited to, Programme Material, Musical Works, advertising and all other audio content) included in an FM or Digital Commercial Radio Station licensed by the Licensors (whether under this Agreement or otherwise) which content is the same as the content included in the Licensed Station.

Examples of Shared Content in a sentence

  • Please read carefully the section in these Terms of Use entitled "Appropriate Use" to ensure that you understand the responsibilities that you incur when you post Shared Content.

  • You are solely responsible for the Shared Content that you post to the BiblioCommons Service, or transmit to or share with other users.

  • Upon Cancellation or Termination of Service as discussed in Section 8 below, Maptraq shall only be responsible for the return of Content (including Shared Content for which Subscriber is entitled to use as a Receiving Authorized User) directly to the Administrator or a designated Authorized User in the event that the Administrator is unable to be reached.

Related to Shared Content

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Adult motion picture theater means an enclosed building with a capacity of fifty (50) or more persons regularly used for presenting materials having as a dominant theme or presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" as defined below, for observation by any means by patrons therein.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Third Party Items means Third Party Content and Third Party Products.
