Ship Date definition

Ship Date means the date as agreed to by the parties, on which a Product ordered by Company is scheduled to be shipped from Nortel's facility or in the case of Software which is downloaded, the date upon which such Software is to be downloaded to the System; however, Ship Date shall not mean the date on which Non-Licensed Software is activated.
Ship Date means the scheduled date agreed upon by Buyer and Seller as the date on which the appropriate Equipment shall be shipped.
Ship Date means the date on which a Product ordered by Buyer is to be shipped as set forth in the relevant Purchase Order, or in the case of Software, the date upon which such Software is either available for download by Buyer or physically shipped to Buyer.
