Shipper LC definition

Shipper LC means the Letter of Credit provided by the Shipper in accordance with Clause 8.10 of this Agreement.
Shipper LC has the meaning given to such term in Clause 8.8(a).
Shipper LC means the Letter of Credit provided by the Shipper to Transporter.

Examples of Shipper LC in a sentence

  • Shipper LC shall, unless replaced or renewed by a date at least thirty (30) Days prior to termination with another Shipper LC meeting the requirements of this Clause, be terminated only on the expiry/termination of this Agreement and after the Shipper has settled any outstanding amounts payable to the Transporter under this Agreement.

  • If such Shipper LC is not replaced or renewed by a date at least thirty (30) Days prior to its expiry or termination then the same shall constitute a Shipper Event of Default.

  • The amount under a Shipper LC shall be increased at least three (3) Business Days prior to the date when such increase in Exit Point MDQ, Tariff and/or applicable Taxes is to come into effect.

  • The amount under the Shipper LC shall be increased at least one (1) Week prior to the Date when such increase in Exit Point MDQ is to come into effect.

  • Each Shipper LC shall, unless replaced with another Shipper LC meeting the requirements of Clause 8.8(a), be renewed by a date at least thirty (30) days prior to its expiry or termination, and allowed to expire only on thirty (30) days beyond the expiry of the applicable GTA.

Related to Shipper LC

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • Producer means the owner of a well or wells capable of producing oil or gas or both.

In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Storage Facility means a facility used for the stocking of natural gas and owned and/or operated by a natural gas undertaking, including the part of LNG facilities used for storage but excluding the portion used for production operations, and excluding facilities reserved exclusively for transmission system operators in carrying out their functions;

  • Storage operator means a person holding or applying for a permit.

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • API Gravity means gravity determined in accordance with ASTM Designation D-287-92 or latest revision thereof.
