Shortened Maturity Redemption definition

Shortened Maturity Redemption. A redemption of the Certificates in whole, but not in part, as a result of the Shortened Maturity Date occurring on or prior to August 1, 2097.
Shortened Maturity Redemption. The payment by the Term Assets Issuer pursuant to a Shortened Maturity Date.
